Should the ordinance pass subsequent readings, it would apply a curfew between 11 PM and 6 AM on weekdays, and from midnight to 6 AM during weekends, for individuals under the age of 17. Exemptions would apply for minors accompanied by a parent or guardian, those traveling to or from work, and emergencies.
